Mr. Ashutosh Agarwal is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) and has also completed his CS (Inter) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has rich experience of more than 35 years in the fields of Finance, Accounts, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Costing & MIS and Corporate Affairs matters, and Commercial matters. He has been awarded 'Best CFO - Mid Corporate' by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the year 2021. Mr. Agarwal joined the Electrosteel Group in 2006 and since then has been looking after all the financial matters of the Group. He was instrumental in managing Company cash flow and handling raw material fund planning during the sensitive COVID times. Mr. Ashutosh Agarwal also meticulously steered the Company through its merger with Srikalahasthi Pipes Limited (SPL). Currently carrying out the role of CFO, he is also a Whole-time Director on the Board.
