Mrs. Priyamanjari Todi is a B.Com. (Hons) Graduate from Calcutta University. She additionally holds a B.Sc in IT from Manipal University. She joined ECL in 2018 as an OSD overseeing the Sales and Commercial functions. She was appointed Director of Srikalahasthi Pipes Ltd (SPL) in 2018, overseeing the operations of their unit in Andhra Pradesh. She involved herself in the day-to-day operations of all departments at the unit to understand the bottlenecks and scope of improvements. After the merger of ECL and SPL in 2022, she has been appointed Whole-Time Director in ECL. She continues to look after the operations of Srikalahasthi. She has brought about a significant management and culture change at the unit, setting aggressive targets, enhancing production, improving KPI's and overall systems and processes. She brought about a focus on TPM/TQM and machine availability at the plant, which considerably augmented pipe production. She has played a pivotal role in the timely commissioning of all capacity enhancement infrastructure at the unit which will double the unit's pipe production capacity to more than 0.5 million tons from 2024, amidst several challenges posed by the pandemic. Mrs. Todi oversaw the successful commissioning of 2.9 MVA Ferro Alloy furnaces in 2020, at SPL, adding to the EBIDTA growth. Focused employee engagement programmes - like The Business Excellence Awards, Employee of the Quarter Awards, etc, have been initiated to motivate and integrate the workforce. Under her guidance, various flagship CSR initiatives have also been undertaken. Mrs. Priyamanjari Todi was appointed the Chairperson of CII Tirupati Zone in 2023, undertaking various initiatives in the area.
