Mrs. Radha Agarwal is a Post Graduate in Human Resource Management and Organizational Analysis from King's College, London. She started as an HR executive in 2012 in Electrosteel Steels Limited, and went on to enhance and expand the HR function and processes and continued to stabilise the Administration. Mrs. Agarwal was instrumental in improving the profitability of the Group by stabilizing operations and taking multiple initiatives on the work environment, people-related systems and policies, and social environment management in and around the plant. She played a key role in restructuring the culture and management style of the organization. Mrs. Agarwal is now a Whole-time Director on the Board of ECL. She looks after Khardah, Bansberia and Elavur units along with Corporate HR and IT. She played a key role in improving the profitability of Khardah and Bansberia Works by augmenting production, productivity, cost reduction, KPI improvements, and overall systems and processes. She is also a core team member of the committee working on improving employee engagement and involvement on the shop floor. Mrs. Radha Kejriwal Agarwal is also steering various programs like Business Excellence initiatives, which promote innovations from the ground up, like the Bandhan Initiative, our Suggestion Mela, Pratibha and Pride awards, etc. She has been valuable in introducing multiple people-related policies and programs across all units. In addition to the above Mrs. Agarwal has also recently assumed responsibilities of Elavur Works.
