The 3rd Business Excellence Awards were held across Electrosteel Castings Limited between 12th - 19th September. Spread over 7 days, this glittering ceremony was held in the Plants of the Electrosteel Group and was graced by the Top Management. These awards have been initiated to structure and recognise improvement initiatives in all areas of the Plants and offices. They recognise and reward tangible and intangible cost saving initiatives and improvements in business processes. This initiative has benefited the Electrosteel Group in terms of cost-saving, employee involvement, improved efficiency and effectiveness.
