To celebrate Durga Puja in a unique way, Electrosteel carried out a social media campaign to signify the importance of water. We recognized three women as Durgas of water conservation, who have been relentlessly working in the field of Water in India and we highlighted their journeys on our platforms. The objective was to raise awareness on the subject of water conservation and the role these women have played in protecting this precious resource. The larger goal was to inspire others to act to conserve water and protect our water bodies.

Electrosteel Group trains and distributes sewing machines to women in Tirupati. 30 women who completed the Electrosteel Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) led programme, 'Tailoring and Fashion Designing', were felicitated and gifted with sewing machines.
This initiative, covered extensively in the press, empowered women residing in villages around Srikalahasthi in Tirupati district, Andhra Pradesh, with the vision of making them self-sufficient. The participants, who have gained tremendous self-confidence, can now earn up to Rs. 18,000 a month thanks to the sewing machines. Mr. Suresh Khandelwal, Chief Operating Officer- Srikalahasthi Works said: "Electrosteel's endeavor is to take up CSR initiatives that will empower the village communities". Expressing gratitude, a participant added: "We are grateful to Electrosteel for taking up a skill programme that will support our journey of self-empowerment."

Electrosteel Castings Ltd. in collaboration with Kolkata Police, celebrated World Environment Day 2023 by planting saplings inside and around the police stations on 5th June 2023. Senior police officers participated in the sapling plantation with great enthusiasm.
